Job Opportunity:

The Client Service Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small book of business, providing direct support to local office operations.
  • Master and execute servicing/processing tasks, such as issuing certificates of insurance, within the Agency Management System/EPIC.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Produce accurate and thorough documents using Word and Excel to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in the facilitation of the Client Engagement Strategy, including scheduling, creating documents, and documentation in EPIC.
  • Organize and market new business submissions in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Client/Quality Focus: Anticipate, monitor, and meet client needs, responding appropriately. Demonstrate a commitment to understanding clients' business needs and providing a trusted advisor level of service.
  • Organization and Planning: Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work to meet or exceed deadline expectations.

This role operates in a hybrid work environment in Columbus, OH, with a minimum of 2 days in the office and the opportunity to work remotely for the remaining 3 days. In-office requirements may be greater during the early stages of employment or based on business needs.
