Job Overview

One Twenty Three is seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to become part of our early morning Cleaning Team. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional cleaning skills will contribute to maintaining a pristine and secure environment where memorable experiences unfold.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests at One Twenty Three.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in theater auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and parking areas on a daily basis.
  • Daily tasks include vacuuming, trash collection and disposal, carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning seating areas and restrooms, window washing, and more.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance tasks as required, such as snow removal.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to start work at 6:00 a.m..
  • Strong time management and efficiency skills.
  • Experience with commercial cleaning equipment.
  • Effective communication skills for proper facility maintenance.
  • Strong work ethic is essential.
  • Physical stamina to be active for 6-8 hours or more, including climbing stairs, bending, twisting, lifting up to 40 lbs, and operating commercial cleaning equipment.
  • A collaborative team player willing to exceed expectations for guests and colleagues.
  • Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for people, films, and cleanliness.
