Cost/Pricing Analyst III Job Description

Chenega MIOS is seeking a highly skilled Cost/Pricing Analyst III to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (AFRCO) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Department of the Air Force's acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on cost and pricing issues to procurement personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize extensive contracting and pricing experience to analyze and evaluate contract price proposals for adequacy and compliance with laws, regulations, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
  • Conduct in-depth analytical and judgmental evaluations of proposals to determine reasonableness, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Manage complex agency acquisitions involving diverse supplies and services.
  • Develop and implement cost and pricing strategies to ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and Air Force regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cost and pricing issues.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, accounting, economics).
  • 10+ years of relevant DoD/IC or industry experience, with at least 2 years in an SAP and/or SCI environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and classified accounting systems (Momentum preferred).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to work under aggressive schedules with demanding performance requirements.
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
