Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $55,000 - $62,000 per year, with opportunities for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on performance.

Job DescriptionThis Sales Career Advancement Specialist role is responsible for managing assigned accounts in the Business Unit (BU), educating customers about additional Ryder services, and utilizing the Ryder Sales Process to develop customer interest.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or transportation, or equivalent experience, and at least 2 years of experience providing service to customers, selling to customers, and traveling over 60% of the time.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales quotas and profit targets
- Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet customer requirements
- Develop relationships with all customer buying influencers
- Serve as facilitator between customers and Ryder departments or vendors
The successful candidate will possess excellent sales skills, account management skills, negotiation skills, contractual leasing knowledge, and pricing expertise. They will also be proficient in CRM software and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
