About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
