Mental Health Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Olesky is seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team in a hospital-based psychiatric setting. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. This is a full-time, employed position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, as needed
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
Experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
