We are seeking a skilled Surgical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our perioperative care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care across the surgical continuum.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment
- Graduate of a professional nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the State of Iowa
- Minimum of 2-3 years of acute care experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in surgical call rotation
