Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, involving physical exams, medical histories, and medication reviews.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds, incisions, and injuries, monitoring for infection or complications.
- Continuously monitor and document patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
- Maintain detailed and precise patient records, recording changes in their condition, administered treatments, and medication management.
- Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, prescribed medications, and self-care practices.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Address patient comfort and safety requirements, including positioning, mobility assistance, and pain management.
- Respond to medical emergencies and deliver basic life support as necessary.
- Adhere to infection control procedures and safely handle, store, and dispose of medications and medical supplies.
