### Job Description
As a Nurse Leadership and Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager with supervisory duties and ensuring the smooth operation of our designated units. You will provide coverage for other team members as needed and be accountable for the direction and supervision of staff, including their orientation, training, and evaluation.
### Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a culture of accountability and high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance care outcomes and implement new evidence-based programs and processes.
- Adhere to ethical principles in decision-making and foster a culture of transparency and trust.
- Equip staff with the tools and resources needed for culturally competent care and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of care delivery models and environmental design, ensuring accessible, affordable, and equitable patient care.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

### Qualifications
- English Language Proficiency
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse
