Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating, qualifying, and managing sales leads and customer accounts to achieve and surpass established sales targets.
- Identifying and cultivating new market opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing clients.
- Conducting thorough territory mapping to highlight key accounts and strategizing impactful activities.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Duties:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each product and service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales forecasts using our CRM system.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts, managing ongoing contracts and negotiations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
- Provide training and demonstrations to customers, showcasing our innovative products.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the scientific instrumentation sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- A proactive approach to relationship building and customer engagement.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in managing key accounts and a results-driven mindset are essential. You should be adaptable, ethical, and committed to understanding and meeting customer needs.
Work Environment:
This position requires a willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work from a home office are also necessary.
