Presales Engineer

Job Summary
The Presales Engineer will be responsible for managing presales opportunities and implementing identified projects for Motorola Solutions. This will involve all stages of the project, from scope definition to final close, and will require the management of technical solutions, customer requirements, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design technical solutions for customers
- Manage the entire network integration process
- Participate in proposal reviews and contract negotiations
- Provide consultative guidance to customers and sales teams
- Present solutions to customers
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure business unit goals are addressed
- Develop implementation approaches and service plans
- Meet and exceed customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols, and security
- Knowledge of RF coverage predictions, traffic/capacity modeling, and related toolsets
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
