The Department of Energy seeks a talented individual to fill the role of Biological Science Student Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting higher-grade specialists in carrying out the work of the organization by performing various standard tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist specialists in carrying out their duties
  • Search and analyze data from prescribed sources
  • Compile and present data in established formats
  • Use established formulas for routine calculations
  • Review vegetation management standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or institution
  • Completed 2 full academic years of post-high school study or associate's degree
  • Professional degree in biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines
