Job Title: Nursing Department Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at HR4ALL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our nursing practices align with the latest industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Prior experience in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health is essential.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
