This is a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment with HR4ALL. As a Director of Nursing, you will lead the nursing management team and foster strong relationships with physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees.
Responsibilities- Liaison and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective communication between key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Nursing Team Supervision: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes and job satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- An active, unencumbered license to practice nursing, issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Prior experience in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health settings.
- The ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports on a monthly basis.
