Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work under direct supervision and adhere to established procedures to complete assigned tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing all tasks in compliance with safety standards.
  • Conducting minor repairs and preventive maintenance services.
  • Utilizing fleet maintenance software to document repairs, track parts usage, and record repair times.
  • Assisting in the repair and adjustment of equipment.
  • Cleaning vehicles and equipment.
  • Performing safety inspections on vehicles.
  • Supporting senior Mechanics with project work.
  • Responding to service calls for breakdowns.
  • Carrying out additional maintenance-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment in line with Corporate and OSHA standards.


Supervisory Role
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.


Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Not required.
  • Experience: No prior work experience necessary.

Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.


Work Environment
The following outlines the environmental conditions and demands associated with this position:

  • Frequent use of motor coordination and finger dexterity throughout the workday.
  • Physical effort required for handling objects weighing less than a specified amount.
  • Exposure to occupational hazards such as cuts, burns, and toxic chemicals.
  • Regular exposure to environments with dirt, odors, noise, and varying weather conditions.
