Program Highlights


• Begin by mastering the operations of one of our primary divisions: Logistics (warehousing), Air & Ocean (Import/Export), or Domestic Transport.


• Engage in customer service activities.


• Participate in pricing strategies.


• Coordinate shipments effectively.


• Oversee warehouse operations.


• Transition into outside sales (with the option to accelerate into sales after your initial six months).


• As you familiarize yourself with the operations, you will be entrusted with increased responsibilities and scope.


• You will be expected to enhance processes within these functions.

• From this point, you will progress into leadership roles based on your ambition and capabilities.


• While there are no fixed rotations between business units, internal transfers are available.

• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in any field.
