Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the Anesthesia service line, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance the patient experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols to standardize care and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or Doctor of Medicine degree from a recognized school of medicine and fellowship training in Anesthesiology.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible work experience in a senior management position in a medical practice setting, healthcare administration, or a closely related field.
- Board Certification or Eligibility by the American Board of Anesthesiology and a Georgia Medical License to Practice Anesthesiology.
- Post-graduate degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
