Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and families. As a Leadership Development Consultant, you will partner with directors to facilitate, coordinate, and support leadership development initiatives across the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess leader and team performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify culture enablers and inhibitors and work with leaders to enhance the culture.
  • Partner with leaders to craft strategic priorities and goals.
  • Provide coaching to leaders to improve performance.
  • Facilitate leadership development training.
  • Debrief assessment data with leaders and teams.
  • Conduct leader acceleration sessions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to proactively identify learning needs and solutions.
  • Actively contribute ideas in the planning and delivery of targeted leader solutions and organization leader initiatives.
  • Possess deep knowledge of leadership best practices and incorporate skills and models to drive results.
Requirements
  • 5 years of progressive experience in organization effectiveness, leadership, and talent development.
  • Master’s degree in Education, organization development, business, or related field.
