We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Great Maple. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute all food-related projects, including holidays, off-site events, and special parties.
  • Supervise the preparation of all food items and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assist with the hiring and training of new employees in the department.
  • Collaborate with the FOH Management team to ensure seamless communication and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel performance, labor costs, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Food safety certification and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
