  • Oversee the complete operation of the designated sport during game days.
  • Exhibit a consistently positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Assist in the recruitment and scheduling of soccer staff in collaboration with the Program Director.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience and knowledge in soccer coaching.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while resolving issues.
  • Ability to assess and manage situations to ensure player safety.
  • Positive mindset with a talent for establishing professional relationships.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and some evenings throughout the season.
  • Must successfully pass a National Criminal Background Check.
