3. Collaboration: Work closely with clients and team members to create and prepare multimedia content for events.
4. Event Planning: Assist in the development of event plans, including drawings and technical specifications.
5. Implementation: Execute event plans as outlined in documentation and setup drawings.
6. Load-In: Manage the loading and setup of furniture, decor, and equipment necessary for events, ensuring all specifications are met.
7. Technical Operation: Operate various technical equipment during live events, following training and demonstrating proficiency.
8. Load-Out: Oversee the disassembly and packing of furniture, decor, and equipment post-event.
9. Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the proper storage, upkeep, and transportation of event equipment.
10. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues before and during events.
11. Safety and Organization: Maintain organized and safe event environments.
12. Problem Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to accommodate client requests in a dynamic setting.
13. Reporting: Promptly report any technical or production challenges to supervisory staff.
14. Assistance: Provide immediate support for ongoing events as needed.
15. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
1. Education: High School Student
2. Experience: No prior experience required
3. Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in routine physical activities necessary for job functions.
4. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; willingness to learn industry-standard software and technical equipment for event production.
