Position Summary:
The Vice President of Business Operations is responsible for ensuring that the designated operational functions are both efficient and effective. This role involves fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for profitability, and formulating strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the effective management of resources and the distribution of services to clients.
2. Drive business performance in alignment with the company’s performance metrics, participating in strategic planning sessions as required.
3. Cultivate relationships across all organizational levels.
4. Build and lead a high-performing team within the designated region.
5. Engage in the sales process by collaborating with the pre-proposal site survey team, assisting in presentations, participating in negotiations, and approving final contracts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in personnel management, including recruitment, supervision, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
- Strong multitasking abilities and focus amidst frequent interruptions.
- Capacity to make informed business decisions based on financial data and reports.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing profitability, sustainability, and innovation across various service lines in accordance with business strategies.
