Job Summary:

The Vice President - Chief Infrastructure Officer is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the company's capital programs and infrastructure management strategies. This role requires a strong leader with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver capital projects and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects and infrastructure needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure management, capital projects, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or PE.
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry.
