Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to enhance our guest experience at Stanford Hotel Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
- Oversee front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations and provide assistance with directions and general inquiries.
- Uphold brand and hotel standards in all guest interactions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Successful completion of a criminal and credit background check as per company policy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
