Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and ensure that we are meeting their expectations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong knowledge of MS Office and WMS software; experience with time keeping and ADP E-time a plus.
