Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
$33.12 to $53.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education.

Retention Incentive:
$20,000 Retention Bonus

Relocation Support:
up to $7,500 for relocation expenses

Temporary Housing: 90 Days of Temporary Housing Provided

Additional Compensation:
Shift Differential, Annual Salary Increases, Paid Time Off

Available Shifts:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, 4x10 hour shifts

Shift Differentials:
$2.00/hr. for Weekend shifts, $2.50/hr. for Evening shifts, and $3.50/hr. for Night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct radiographic diagnostic and interventional procedures by adhering to provider orders. Utilize independent judgment and apply established methodologies in accordance with protocols.

Provide education to patients and families regarding procedures and treatments. Maintain professionalism in all interactions, promoting teamwork and quality patient outcomes.


Generate high-quality images by adjusting equipment settings and preparing relevant patient information for timely analysis.

Ensure accurate documentation is maintained.

Demonstrate proficiency in performing invasive procedures as required, following established guidelines. Exhibit competence in administering approved medications and radiopharmaceuticals.

Conduct equipment quality control checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a safe environment for all individuals present. Adhere to radiation safety regulations.

Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in radiology practice, ensuring confidentiality of all information.

Ensure efficient workflow within the department by monitoring supply inventory and maintaining service continuity.

Perform all duties in compliance with established policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders by consistently demonstrating our core values.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must possess a certificate or diploma from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field.

National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is mandatory.

A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab is required.

BLS and ALS certifications are necessary.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
ARRT certification is preferred. Additional relevant education and experience are advantageous.
