We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Quality Management Group. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our LIHTC/Multisite communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Operations
    • Manage the overall administration, compliance, and maintenance of the property, with a focus on maintaining 100% occupancy.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including Fair Housing and Harassment Awareness training.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the property and the company.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the property's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of resident payments and accounts receivable.
  • Human Resources
    • Supervise and train staff members, including community assistants and maintenance personnel.
    • Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on LIHTC/Multifamily communities.
  • Proven track record of success in managing community operations, compliance, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
