Solar Sales Manager Opportunity
At Semper Solaris, we're seeking a seasoned Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive sales growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and oversee the sales pipeline to ensure efficient progression from lead generation to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage a high-performing solar sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient progression from lead generation to closing.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to sales representatives to improve sales techniques and overall team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline customer acquisition and project execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and post-sales follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to ensure the team remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of solar sales experience.
- At least 5 years of solar sales management experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
