About the Role

The Territory Manager will be responsible for obtaining and managing profitable business for our products in their assigned territory. This will involve building strong professional relationships with customers based on service, product knowledge, integrity, and trust. Each Territory Manager will develop, manage, and execute account business plans that deliver results consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize revenue and market share of Currax products in the territory and achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product, market, and customers.
  • Manage sales territory as a business to maximize sales, analyzing market dynamics to ensure territory sales goals are met.
  • Establish and manage high-quality customer relationships by maintaining knowledge of brand sales messaging, executing planned programs, scheduling, and following up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sell products ethically and in accordance with the company's sales process and agreed marketing strategy.
  • Adhere to company compliance programs and policies, including industry guidelines.
  • Successfully complete home study and all required training programs.
  • Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication, and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs.
  • Develop and implement business and territory plans.
Requirements
  • BA/BS required degree.
  • Documented regional rankings in the top 20% year over year.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and highly persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to store pharmaceutical product samples in a safe and PDMA compliant area within the home office.
  • 2-4+ years of successful B2B selling experience preferred.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and own a reliable vehicle with valid comprehensive insurance and driver's license compliant with the company's motor vehicle policy.
