Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team at Global Technical Talent. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of blood sample collection and processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and building trust through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
  • At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency with keyboard and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
