Your Responsibilities:
Process physician orders for blood tests, ensuring timely specimen collection and processing while maintaining accurate documentation.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of equipment used in specimen processing, performing routine cleaning and upkeep to guarantee optimal performance.

Conduct quality assurance evaluations on incoming specimens to ensure patient safety and accurate testing results, adhering to established protocols.

Respond promptly to additional requests, efficiently locating and delivering samples for testing as necessary.
Utilize both automated and manual methods to prepare, centrifuge, and aliquot laboratory specimens, ensuring the integrity and identification of each sample.

Work Schedule:
This position is part-time, with hours from 4:00am to 8:00am on weekends.

Qualifications:
What You Bring:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of one year of full-time equivalent experience in laboratory clinical support and phlebotomy is essential.

You communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare team members, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.

You proactively identify and resolve issues, contributing to seamless operations in specimen processing.
Your attention to detail ensures accuracy and precision in all tasks.
