Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team to transport and set up equipment at donation sites, creating a welcoming environment for volunteer donors.
- Follow all safety procedures while collecting blood donations, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
- Develop strong relationships with donors, listening to their stories and helping them understand the impact of their donation.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a friendly and comfortable environment, encouraging repeat donations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are essential.
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, as well as sit or stand for long periods.
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience is a plus.
- Prior leadership experience can be beneficial.
