About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Fieldstone Residential Treatment Home in Wilsonville, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our program, providing exceptional support to our clients, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily managerial oversight of the Fieldstone program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel, client, and program data.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including state agencies and other service providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in a residential program.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record.
