We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Fieldstone Residential Treatment Home in Wilsonville, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our program and providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily managerial oversight of the Fieldstone program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel, client, and program data.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement program plans, goals, and objectives to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
  • Minimum three years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in a residential treatment setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in staff supervision and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record.
