As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our program, providing exceptional support to our clients, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily managerial oversight of the Fieldstone program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel, client, and program data.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including state agencies and other service providers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
- Minimum three years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in a residential program.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record.
- A competitive salary range of $6,000 - $7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
