We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Fieldstone RTH program in Wilsonville, Oregon. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain program operations, including personnel, client, and program records
- Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring adequate client supervision and support
- Maintain knowledge of personnel policies, OAR, and regulatory agency standards
- Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes and participate in on-call rotations
- A competitive salary range of $6,000 - $7,000 per month, DOE/Credentials
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
