Job Title: Client Service Representative

PrideStaff Atlanta South is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join their team in Forest Park, GA. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour and a dynamic work environment.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high standards, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this multi-faceted role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Answer phones, take pickups, verify returns, and enter all orders in the system.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available in the computer system.
  • Confirm charges with agents and secure proof of deliveries.
  • Log service failures and research lost freight.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and sales teams regarding tracing, issue resolution, and new business.
  • Maintain professionalism and tact when dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Work collaboratively with executives, managers, salespersons, coworkers, and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and meet company goals.
Requirements:
  • General knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work well with people and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong working knowledge of computer systems and data entry.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 year of experience in domestic operations or customer service preferred but not required.
