Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in job planning for work packages, site organization, and construction timelines.
  • Adjust work sequences to align with construction schedules, utilizing knowledge of equipment capabilities and team assignments.
  • Coordinate the activities of assigned Independent Contractors (ICs) while ensuring effective communication with other trades.
  • Oversee the operation of equipment and machinery, ensuring all certifications for operation are up to date.
  • Inspect ongoing and completed work to verify compliance with specifications and instruct ICs on testing procedures.
  • Manage the placement and storage of materials, tools, and supplies to support the construction plan.
  • Identify and mitigate job site hazards to enhance safety and reduce incidents.
  • Utilize tools as necessary to meet construction deadlines or other demands.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanical contracting as a construction foreman or in a similar role.
  • Possession of a Journeyworker License for Colorado is mandatory.
  • Experience in residential and multifamily projects, with a preference for light commercial work.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and details, and perform a variety of tasks that may frequently change.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and delegation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability after 30 days of employment.
