The role of the Foreman I - Plumber involves overseeing, coordinating, and inspecting the assembly, installation, and maintenance of plumbing systems and components during the construction and renovation of commercial and industrial facilities. This position reports directly to the Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in job planning for work packages, site organization, and construction timelines.
- Adjust work sequences to align with construction schedules, utilizing knowledge of equipment capabilities and team assignments.
- Coordinate the activities of assigned Independent Contractors (ICs) while ensuring effective communication with other trades.
- Oversee the operation of equipment and machinery, ensuring all certifications for operation are up to date.
- Inspect ongoing and completed work to verify compliance with specifications and instruct ICs on testing procedures.
- Manage the placement and storage of materials, tools, and supplies to support the construction plan.
- Identify and mitigate job site hazards to enhance safety and reduce incidents.
- Utilize tools as necessary to meet construction deadlines or other demands.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanical contracting as a construction foreman or in a similar role.
- Possession of a Journeyworker License for Colorado is mandatory.
- Experience in residential and multifamily projects, with a preference for light commercial work.
- Demonstrated stable work history.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and details, and perform a variety of tasks that may frequently change.
- Strong planning, organizational, and delegation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability after 30 days of employment.
