Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed according to plan and specifications.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and organized construction site, ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are in place and adhered to.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wet utilities construction, with a strong background in supervisory and management roles.
