- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Property and Casualty license (must be currently held) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
