Corn and Soybean Territory Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Corn and Soybean Territory Sales Representative in Southern Illinois. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and financially while working with a reputable seed company.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining a deep understanding of Stine seed products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Developing and managing relationships with existing dealer accounts, as well as recruiting new dealerships to expand sales.
- Implementing Stine's sales programs and policies to meet established sales goals, in collaboration with the Regional Sales Agronomist.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture, including previous roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and develop strong customer relationships.
- The capacity to work independently, meeting established goals with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in dealer development and retention is highly valued.
