  • Create performance plans and complete performance evaluations for direct reports

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of commercial kitchen and food service operations
  • Supervision and management experience in a multiple item menu, food service establishment
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safe food handling practices, and food sanitation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and public
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food Service or Nutrition as area of educational study
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using computers, including Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with automated payroll and automated food inventory systems
  • ServSafe certification and HACCP certification
