Executive Assistant to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management

Job Summary
This position provides high-level administrative support to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management, serving as a key liaison between the office and various university units. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Vice Provost's schedule and coordinate meetings and events
- Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives, including data analysis and report preparation
- Serve as a liaison between the office and university units, facilitating communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Vice Provost's office, including managing budgets and resources
Requirements
- Experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Strong knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office and data management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of university policies and procedures
- Experience with project management or event planning
- Ability to use data visualization and communication strategies to enhance reports and documents
