We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Highlands, an apartment community in Blacksburg, VA.

Responsibilities:
Community ManagementAssist the Community Manager in effectively managing the apartment community. In the Community Manager's absence, assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives.
Reporting and Record-KeepingResponsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.
Leasing and Resident ServicesMaintain positive customer relations attitude. Greet prospective clients, show community, and perform leasing duties as needed.
Skills and QualificationsCustomer Service experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel) required. Experience with Yardi preferred.
