We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Highlands, an apartment community in Blacksburg, VA.

Responsibilities:

Community Management

Assist the Community Manager in effectively managing the apartment community. In the Community Manager's absence, assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.

Leasing and Resident Services

Maintain positive customer relations attitude. Greet prospective clients, show community, and perform leasing duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Customer Service experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel) required. Experience with Yardi preferred.
