Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Continental is a leading technology company that develops innovative solutions for sustainable and connected mobility. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI.

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing sales support to our automotive customers in North America. This includes coordinating and processing sales tasks, managing account receivables, and assisting in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and set series prices in the SAP system, track and verify prices with the sales team, and check price contracts directly from customer B2B portals.
  • Coordinate customer tooling purchase orders with the accounting and quality departments, ensuring timely payment and minimizing delays.
  • Generate necessary documents to assess profitability and implement price strategies.
  • Provide general and local support on sales topics, including data extraction and analysis for budget and strategy planning.
  • Maintain customer and article master data, scheduling agreements, orders, price lists, and FC/planning data in the SAP system.
  • Verify purchase statements, piece prices, and tooling/prototype/R&D contracts for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor customer portals for new or updated purchase orders, samples orders, and other commercial documents.
  • Download purchase orders from customer portals, distribute internally, and store properly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering.
  • 2 years of professional experience in sales administration.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including formulas and arrays.
  • Strong communication and results-oriented skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
