**Direct Support Professional Role**
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at the Flanders NJ Group Home.
">As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with residents to support them in achieving their goals and promoting their independence, dignity, acceptance, and growth.
">Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities.">
- Support residents in achieving their goals.">
- Promote resident independence, dignity, acceptance, and growth.">
Requirements:
">To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
">- ">
- Be at least 18 years old.">
- Hold a High School Diploma/GED.">
- Have basic computer skills.">
- Hold a valid driver's license.">
- Have an acceptable driving record.">
Compensation and Benefits:
">The salary for this position is $19.50 per hour, available as Full-time, Part-time or Substitute, with afternoon, evening and weekend hours available.
">Full time benefits include generous paid vacation, holiday, personal and sick time, a company-funded SEP-IRA program, and affordable health, dental and vision insurance plans that cover employee, employee/spouse or employee/child. Part-time benefits include paid holiday and sick time.
">New employees will receive all necessary training.
