**Direct Support Professional Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at the Flanders NJ Group Home.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with residents to support them in achieving their goals and promoting their independence, dignity, acceptance, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities.">
  • Support residents in achieving their goals.">
  • Promote resident independence, dignity, acceptance, and growth.">

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • ">
  • Be at least 18 years old.">
  • Hold a High School Diploma/GED.">
  • Have basic computer skills.">
  • Hold a valid driver's license.">
  • Have an acceptable driving record.">

Compensation and Benefits:

">

The salary for this position is $19.50 per hour, available as Full-time, Part-time or Substitute, with afternoon, evening and weekend hours available.

">

Full time benefits include generous paid vacation, holiday, personal and sick time, a company-funded SEP-IRA program, and affordable health, dental and vision insurance plans that cover employee, employee/spouse or employee/child. Part-time benefits include paid holiday and sick time.
