Catering Supervisor

Position: Catering Supervisor

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $27.00.

The Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the catering staff and ensuring that all events are executed seamlessly. This role involves coordinating schedules, preparing and serving food, and maintaining high standards of service.

• Assess workload based on catering requests.
• Collaborate with event leaders to finalize setup and address any last-minute adjustments.
• Engage with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Possess thorough knowledge of menu items and service expectations.
• Guide team members on their roles during catered events.
• Assist in setting up venues according to specifications.
• Deliver food and supplies to designated locations.
• Serve meals and beverages to guests.
• Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility.
• Ensure food presentation meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all catering equipment and supplies.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license may be necessary.
• Ability to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol service permit as required by law.
