Position Overview

Nursing Operations Leader

Location: Taunton, MA

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 for New Hires (conditions apply)

Compensation: $35.50 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

As a Nursing Operations Leader, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through personalized care. Your role will involve managing the healthcare needs of clients, providing essential training to staff, and effectively communicating healthcare information to stakeholders.

Our community-based residences cater to adults with complex medical conditions, developmental challenges, acquired brain injuries, and mental health issues. We aim to foster an environment where individuals can thrive, engage in their communities, and participate in various activities, including employment and social interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the health management of individuals in our care.
  • Deliver training and support to nursing staff.
  • Facilitate communication with funding sources and other relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid nursing license in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
  • Current CPR certification is necessary.
  • Preferred: Prior supervisory experience and at least 2 years working with individuals with disabilities.
