Responsibilities include:

Assisting the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant's operations to meet corporate profit goals, ensure guest satisfaction, and cultivate a friendly and energetic work environment for all staff.
  • Fostering a fun, productive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • Supporting the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and stepping in at any station as needed.
  • As the Manager on Duty, guaranteeing the highest standards of hospitality and service for guests.
  • Ensuring adherence to established food quality and preparation standards.
  • Maintaining compliance with guest relations, labor costs, and safety regulations.
  • Managing personnel records, team schedules, and financial reports.
  • Upholding company operational procedures across dining, service, and kitchen areas.
  • Ensuring that all promotions and marketing strategies are executed according to company guidelines.
  • Complying with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
Decision-making responsibilities include:
  • Assigning team member roles.
  • Managing purchases in line with inventory levels and budget constraints.
  • Handling disciplinary actions in the absence of the manager on duty.
  • Escalating disciplinary matters to the General Manager as necessary.
  • Making all necessary decisions to effectively manage shift operations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant standards, including meeting productivity benchmarks.
  • Maintaining regular and punctual attendance as per ADA, FMLA, and other applicable standards.
