Position Summary:
The Creative Services Specialist combines artistic talent and technical skills to produce compelling video and graphic content that aligns with the company's brand and engages its audience. Responsibilities include creating both short-form videos for social media and longer content, as well as designing marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design print and digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, websites, promotional materials, and in-store displays using Photoshop and other design software.
- Shoot, edit, and produce video content, including training videos, commercials, and company announcements.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team, Regional Managers, and team members to ensure content meets company standards.
- Maintain and operate camera equipment and digital editing platforms.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop creative solutions for marketing goals and objectives.
- Stay current with design and video production trends.
- Communicate effectively and constructively with team members.
- Be open to feedback and able to independently develop processes.
- Video Production: Plan and execute video shoots, including storyboarding, scripting, and location scouting. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Editing: Post-produce video content using editing software, incorporating graphics, effects, and music.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure video equipment is well-maintained and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Scheduling and Planning: Manage production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
- Quality Control: Review video content for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut), and design tools (e.g., Slate, Figma, Canva). Knowledge of Dropbox is a plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
